The semester is officially over. I have to be completely moved out of my apartment in 3 hours. Well, dorm, I should say. I’m just glad to leave it behind. 8:30pm isn’t coming around fast enough. I’ve got most of my stuff already in my car. I just have a few last things to pack up. I haven’t been feeling great lately, so I will probably pay for running up and down the stairs all day and carrying heavy boxes. I should feel better in a week– when all will be somewhat calmer. I won’t have classes or roommates to get in the way of enjoying a month of summer before I leave to Australia. I am going to settle into a new place by Monday, and I will get back to work in the studio. I already have a whole bunch of new pots to take photos of! I can’t keep up with myself.

The cups in the photo above are among a few of the first designs. I kept them pretty simple. I need to think up something that I want to enter into the “Strictly Functional” exhibition. The deadline is coming up soon… 😛
